Dormie House is a luxury, newly-built holiday cottage in the heart of Kingsbarns, a quiet village on the Fife coast best known for its championship golf links, about a 15-minute drive from St Andrews. The beach is a five-to-ten minute walk away, making it an easy base for a coastal break.

Inside, you’ll find a large open living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a separate utility room, and a bright porch entrance. Outside, there is a private garden and an outdoor decking area with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining on long summer evenings.

The cottage sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, making it a comfortable fit for families or groups travelling together.
